RegcoArt - PERSONAL COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
Overview
All commissions are for personal use only (no reproduction). Artwork may be used for profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. For commercial commission inquiries, please contact me separately at regco.art@gmail.com.
All rights to the work belong exclusively to me. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.
I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio and post on my social media unless requested otherwise.
I have the right to decline a commission if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
Reposting and sharing artwork is okay but please give credit @regco_art.
These are digital artwork commissions only. No physical product will be delivered.
Payment
Payment is done via Venmo or Paypal only. I will share my payment information with you in a confirmation email/message.
Note: A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I can start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish your request.
Process
Upon starting, I will send an in-progress image of the initial sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I finish the artwork.
Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
Once finished, I will send one final check-in for your review. Three minor revisions may be requested. More than three will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I make any adjustments.
After the completed artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work.
By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
